At Event Transportation Systems (ETS), our first priority is the health and safety of our clients, riders, drivers and employees. That is why we are taking all appropriate steps to ensure that when we provide transportation services going forward, we are doing so in a way that protects everyone involved.
We continue to consult with various government and industry information sources including the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and state/local government health officials to stay on top of the evolving recommended health and safety guidelines. We stand prepared to work with our current and future clients to establish the best path forward for providing services when needed.
The American Bus Association and United Motorcoach Association both provide comprehensive information resources and checklists specifically for bus transportation providers, and we will communicate the most relevant information to the vendors we work with to help them navigate through the obstacles created by this pandemic.
We have also created standard operating procedures for keeping vehicles clean and disinfected that vendors must agree to before we contract with them. In addition, we have developed additional procedures that our management and operations teams will execute to ensure that passengers, drivers and staff are protected to the best of our ability.
ETS is confident that our industry will bounce back from this pandemic and will come out stronger on the other side, armed with an abundance of new information and new perspectives that will inform the way we operate in the future. We look forward to getting back to business when it is safe for all to do so.
