  2. What types of vehicles does ETS provide?
    ETS provides vehicles including motor coaches, minibuses, vans, SUV’s, and sedans; and will work with clients to determine which types of vehicles make the most sense for their transportation needs.
  3. How long has ETS been in business?
    ETS, headquartered in the Washington, DC area, has been providing solutions for nationwide destination transportation services since 2002. Prior to opening his east coast office, ETS President and CEO, Eric Hotard, worked for more than 25 years building his family owned transportation business based in New Orleans, before its successful acquisition.
  4. Does ETS handle transportation for small and large meetings?
    ETS designs, contracts and provides management for more than 30 events annually. While ETS has significant experience and expertise in managing transportation solutions for large corporate and association meetings, we can provide transportation for meetings of any size.
  5. Are buses owned and operated by ETS?
    ETS maintains a subcontracted network of transportation vendors who are in full compliance with federal and state transportation rules and regulations and are audited by the US Department of Transportation for the highest possible safety rating, covering driver training, ongoing evaluations, vehicle safety maintenance, safety regulations and compliance. ETS has deep relationships with vendors all over the country that allow us to access high quality vehicles at affordable prices.
  6. How does ETS provide price quotes?
    ETS gathers the information needed to provide customized quotes based on the needs of each individual client.
  7. Does ETS provide an all-inclusive price for convention transportation services?
    ETS’ all-inclusive quotes include pricing for vehicles, staff, and signage in addition to all related services such as security, city parking, police assistance, etc.
  8. What features do your coaches offer?
    ETS coaches are modern, clean, safe and properly heated and air conditioned. Coaches with audio visual systems can be provided to support video programs.
  9. How does ETS communicate with clients during events?
    ETS provides a real time communication system via telephones or radios during events. This system will connect ETS staff, drivers and show management during the entire term of operations. On-site, ETS staff is available 24/7 to handle any challenges that may arise.
  10. How does ETS provide a safe operating environment?
    With its careful selection of vendors, ETS has maintained a flawless safety record. ETS carries liability and property damage insurance in the amount of $2m general and $10m auto liability to protect each party from liabilities arising from performance. In addition, as a member of the National Safety Council, ETS adheres to the guidelines they put forward to always maintain a safe operating environment.
  11. If a vehicle breaks down, what are your procedures?
    ETS always has stand-by vehicles and drivers that can be accessed immediately in case of a service issue.
  12. Can ETS provide vehicles that meet ADA requirements?
    ETS works closely with clients to determine needs for persons with disabilities, and provides the appropriate lift-equipped vehicles for those who need them.
  13. Can ETS help to provide environmentally friendly transportation solutions?
    ETS is a proud partner of CarbonFund.org. ETS works with its clients to provide fuel efficient planning when coordinating conventions and events. Our vendors provide only the newest vehicles that are available for energy saving transportation solutions.
  14. Does ETS offer sponsorship programs to supplement association revenue?
    ETS can help organizations supplement their revenue with convention television and bus banner sponsorship programs. ETS also has a sales team that can help supplement client sales efforts.
